Based in our Brainard branch, Lindsey serves as a Universal Banker, Video Banking Specialist, and In School Savings Program Liaison, bringing a wide range of knowledge and care to every customer interaction. Originally from Milford, Nebraska, she recently celebrated six years with FNB and continues to enjoy building meaningful connections with customers—no matter where they’re located. Lindsey loves that video banking allows her to meet people wherever it’s most convenient for them, offering a simple, user-friendly way to handle everyday banking needs while still delivering the personal service you expect.

Based in our Columbus branch, Aaron serves as a Customer Relations & Video Banking Specialist, dedicated to helping customers find the banking solutions that fit their needs. Originally from Littleton, Colorado, and having lived in cities like Chicago and Seattle, Aaron brings a broad perspective and a friendly, approachable style to every interaction. After celebrating his first anniversary with FNB last June, he continues to make a strong impact with his positive attitude and commitment to service. Aaron believes video banking makes everyday banking easier and more convenient, allowing him to connect with customers and provide support wherever they are.

While she’s had the opportunity to live in many different places, she proudly calls David City, Nebraska home. She believes the video banking process is smooth and is always happy to guide customers through it, making each experience personal, convenient, and easy to navigate.
