Tell us a little about you!
I grew up in Albion. I went to Albion Public Schools, then attended college at Spencer School of Business in Grand Island. I have worked at First Nebraska Bank for 19 years all thanks to Mary Sempek! I help with the Columbus Night to Shine event (now called Cloud 9 Celebration). I have three sons, a step-daughter, and two grandkids, ages 18 and 16.
What is your current role at First Nebraska Bank?
I am a Customer Service Representative. I do many different tasks involving both personal and business accounts, no day is ever the same.
What is your favorite thing about your job?
I like helping people and listening to their problems.
What do you think sets First Nebraska Bank apart from other financial institutions?
We care about our customers. We also care about our co-workers. We help each other deal with personal things.
If you weren’t in this career, what could you see yourself doing?
Anything that is indoors away from the heat and cold.
What song are you most likely jamming out to on a Friday afternoon?
I like all kinds of music. So, whatever is on the radio.
